Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, especially footwear/apparel, preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to supervise in the Store Manager's absence.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Team-player with focus on customer service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead store in Store Manager's absence.
• Guide employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
