Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
Assume responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
Direct staff to ensure departmental tasks and standards are met.
Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
