Legacy Markets, LLC is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the ins and outs of operating a convenience store with a hands-on, growth-oriented path. You will work closely with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop skills in operations, merchandising, inventory, and team leadership.

This entry-level management track emphasizes learning by doing, with exposure to daily procedures, customer service excellence, and performance coaching for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with supervising staff and maintaining shift schedules.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and vendor check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations.
• Handle cash, deposits, and POS system operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Participate in training programs.
