Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept per Company standards.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
