• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and leadership.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring and training.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide timely performance feedback and conduct appraisals for staff.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all staff and regular meetings.
• Evaluate and implement action plans to meet site objectives.
• Organize site files and manuals and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Supervise merchandise display and pricing and poster compliance.
• Safeguard and account for all money and perform financial analyses.
