Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and audits.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
