Responsibilities

Lead all store operations and ensure compliance with Company standards.
Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall performance.
Communicate variances to Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
Maintain safety policies and oversee monthly safety meetings.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
