Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and lead a supportive environment for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
