Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in store operations including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service).
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; coach for promotion readiness.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and analyze inventory, pricing, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards in service and presentation; communicate action plans for store initiatives.
