• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to achieve sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training for staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and enforce loss prevention standards.
• Execute merchandising and operational standards in alignment with Citi Trends policies.
