Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college, OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and fostering belonging.
• Lead store operations through team development, feedback, and change leadership; communicate objectives and success measures.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with Walmart policies and integrity standards.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
