• Associates must complete all required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, and merchandise presentation to meet sales goals.
• Drive customer service initiatives and resolve customer issues.
• Recruit, hire and mentor associates; promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics while supporting Open Door Policy.
