Qualifications

2 years of college or equivalent; OR 1 year retail plus 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory experience.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, while promoting a belonging mindset.
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and aligning plans with customer and business needs.
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, and collaborating on store operations, initiatives, and company direction.
Ensure excellent customer service by modeling standards and resolving issues through action plans and continuous improvement.
