Job summary

GOODWILL SOUTH FLORIDA TEP LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in the Store Manager's absence. You will lead, motivate, coach, and train up to 30 employees to achieve sales targets and uphold Goodwill policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. English proficiency required; Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Ensure pricing, merchandising, and cleanliness meet standards.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and shift reporting.
• Maintain safety and security protocols and door opening/closing procedures.
• Support sales goals and uphold Goodwill policies.
