Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Store Supervisor in Aventura, FL to support the Store Manager by driving category performance and coaching the sales team to deliver the Burberry Experience. You will lead a customer-focused team and ensure exceptional service, while achieving sales goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities span daily operations, training, onboarding, and partnership with management to maintain brand standards. A background in retail sales and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced POS knowledge for efficient checkout and sales processing.
• Experience handling complex customer service issues.
• Fluent, professional dialogue with clients and staff.
• Experience with Apple devices and digital tools.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve KPIs.
• Drive sales for an assigned category including sell-through and training.
• Lead a high performing customer facing team delivering Burberry Experience.
• Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and operations on floor partnerships.
• Coach in the moment and after transactions to reinforce follow-up actions.
• Develop and retain talent with monthly development plans and annual reviews.
• Lead onboarding of new joiners to the business.
• Deliver Burberry Experience when necessary on the sales floor.
• Oversee Burberry training collaboratively with Store Manager and Training.
• Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Process post-void transactions and authorize discounts in absence of management.
• Drive digital in-store experiences and use digital tools to communicate.
• Maintain a positive, open store environment.
• Assist with opening/closing and security procedures.
• Additional duties as required.
