Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Hutchinson, MN to lead a store team, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while owning daily operations and store performance in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

You will manage talent, set goals, and translate plans into actionable daily strategies, while upholding Victra standards and store metrics. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own daily sales metrics and coach team to meet quotas.
