Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Warner Store in Gilbert, AZ. The role leads daily sales-floor operations, supports production areas, and drives performance to meet income and community impact goals.

Responsibilities include coaching Team Members, managing store metrics, and ensuring exceptional donor and customer service while maintaining brand standards. Travel to other GCNA locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and assist with production room as needed.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service and donor/customer satisfaction.
• Travel to support other GCNA locations and attend trainings as required.
• Partner with support areas to meet business goals and ensure policy compliance.
