Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees in planning and implementing store processes.
• Recruit, train, evaluate performance and counsel staff as needed.
• Open and close the store, ensure proper staffing and safety.
• Monitor sales, shrink, and inventory; maintain accurate records.
• Lead customer service, merchandising, and cash controls.
