Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and store security practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects and retains qualified employees according to laws and company policy; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training, conducts evaluations and counsels on performance gaps including termination when needed.
• Monitors pay decisions and advancement recommendations.
• Communicates performance and safety expectations; coordinates safety and policy meetings.
• Manages opening/closing duties and store scheduling.
• Analyzes sales and inventory data to identify trends and control expenses.
