Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensures staffing.
• Provides proper training; conducts performance evaluations; addresses gaps or counseling needs.
• Makes recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates expectations; conducts safety and policy meetings.
• Ensures store opens/closes as scheduled and remains staff-covered.
• Evaluates store finances to spot trends, shrink, and errors.
• Manages ordering to meet in-stock targets; reviews weekly plans.
• Stagings, stocking, and merchandising in line with company processes.
• Maintains inventory levels; controls damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Upholds cash control, cashier accountability, and security practices.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Equips store with necessary tools and resources.
• Follows SOPs and company communications; ensures compliance.
• Completes all required paperwork and documentation on time.
