Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Customer-focused with service excellence.
• Experience with sales, customer service, and credit/collections processes.
• Ability to handle cash and basic financial transactions.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) may be a plus depending on store staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and enforce policies and performance expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team to reach sales and service goals.
• Provide performance feedback and assist with employee relations.
• Supervise operations and staff in Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience through service and showroom presentation.
• Assist with showroom organization, product placement, and displays maintenance.
• Drive sales growth through customer engagement and promotional support.
• Oversee credit and collection processes in compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist with customer accounts, contracts, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits, and recordkeeping.
