Job summary

The Ralph Lauren Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to build a profitable store business. The role leads store operations, talent development, customer experience, and sales initiatives while maintaining Ralph Lauren brand standards.

This position requires coaching employees, analyzing trends, driving client development, and maintaining inventory and store processes.

Qualifications

Retail management experience in a high-volume or specialty environment.
Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management.
Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing/walking for hours.
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Responsibilities
