Circle K in Whiteland, Indiana is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and ensure top‑notch customer service at the Midwest BU – Region 04 site.

You will supervise staff, train team members, manage inventory and cash controls, and uphold company standards. A valid driver’s license and strong communication in English are required. Prior retail experience preferred with ability to foster teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and processes described in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions described for CSR/ASM.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
• Maintain a professional image and support subordinates and supervisors.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze daily sales, manage inventory and cash controls, and ensure timely reporting.
• Organize files, maintain manuals, and ensure timely completion of required reports.
