Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management: recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise store staff to meet Circle K standards.
• Site relationships: build positive relationships with suppliers and ensure customer service excellence.
• Training and development: conduct performance reviews and ongoing staff training on safety and service.
• Communication: ensure timely information flow and regular meetings with staff and Market Manager.
• Organizing and planning: maintain site files, ensure merchandise is stocked and properly displayed.
• Financial: analyze daily sales and expenses, manage budgets and margins, safeguard cash.
