Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral & written).
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff for customer service excellence.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on safety procedures.
• Communicate with team through periodic meetings.
• Organize files, manage reports, ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
