Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Supervise and train staff to use equipment, tools and materials.
• Supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control and notices.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to bank/meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well maintained.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service within guidelines.
• Hire, train, counsel, motivate and separate employees with non-discriminatory practices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote a safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively and hold regular meetings with staff.
• Develop action plans to reach site objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reports and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced correctly.
• Post employment notices in accessible locations.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L, manage margins.
• Safeguard and account for all money handled.
• Perform other financial analyses to maximize sales.
