AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) in Irving, TX to develop leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise.

You will rotate through hands-on assignments and structured learning, progressing toward a Retail Store Management role within 8–12 weeks based on performance and prior experience. Expect a full-time schedule with flexibility to cover mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail or analyzing P&L statements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with the Leadership Development program to deliver WOW customer service and cultivate a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensuring policy compliance and structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong team.
• Take charge of customer service activities and proactively resolve concerns.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies for success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture.
