Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting manager in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals and procedures.
• Perform general administrative duties and be trained in Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards as documented.
• Protect assets and financial information by enforcing internal controls and reporting risks.
