Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in assets control and store operations.
• Coordinate action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, sourcing, scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure high quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Perform admin duties and cover Store Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
• Uphold all store policies and procedures and protect assets.
