Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
