Qualifications

Ability to supervise and train staff according to CSR/LSR/SA roles.
Strong English communication and basic computer skills to run reports and manage inventory.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and supervise 2+ full-time employees.
Ensure excellent customer service and store image in line with Circle K standards.
Train employees, conduct 30/60/90/annual performance check-ins, and promote safety awareness.
Manage scheduling, cash handling and loss prevention in accordance with company policy.
Foster positive supplier relationships and effective communication with the District Manager.
