You will recruit, train, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment. Key duties include managing daily operations, ensuring legal compliance, opening/closing procedures, and executing directives from corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement as needed.
