Yesway in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with the training and development of employees and daily store operations.

You will schedule shifts, resolve customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee audits, stocking, and merchandise placement. The role prioritizes hospitality and efficient guest transactions while monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of supervising experience in fast food, retail, or a similar setting preferred.
• Certification testing is required upon employment.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
