Job summary

Hibbett, Inc. is hiring a Manager in Training in Fairfield, Alabama (Western Hills Mall). The role supports Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service to deliver a standout shopping experience.

You will learn all departments, assist in achieving store goals, and take on supervisory duties in the Manager’s absence. The position is hourly, non-exempt, and focused on developing leadership skills within the Operations team, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and administrative duties.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers and employees across departments.
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, restocking, and scheduling as needed.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise to customers.
• Uphold company policies and procedures in all interactions.
