Hibbett, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training for its store operations in Wetumpka, Alabama. You will assist the Store Manager with daily sales, merchandising, scheduling, and guest service while learning all department functions.

The role trains you to oversee store operations in the manager's absence, promote promotions, and deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with initiative to take on tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across all departments.
• Keep track of inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
