Job summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training for our Bay Minette, Alabama location. This role supports store operations and administration while learning Store Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities include assisting in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling, with a focus on outstanding customer service and promoting merchandise. You will participate in leadership activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
