Job summary

Buckle at Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, MI is seeking an Assistant in Training / Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and guest experiences. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and mentor staff while ensuring excellent service, merchandising, and policy adherence.

The role progresses from AIT with higher duties and leadership responsibilities, supporting the store’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; training provided.
• Retail leadership and supervisory capabilities preferred.
• Experience in guest service and merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates for performance.
• Oversee operations, visual standards and loss prevention.
• Coordinate scheduling and store coverage.
• Conduct performance feedback and coaching with the team.
• Own store education focus and drive zone ownership.
• Assist Store Manager and stand in during absence.
• Manage registers, returns, and guest interactions.
