Job summary

Buckle at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Assistant in Training and an Assistant Manager to join our on-site leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop sales, merchandizing, and guest service while training Teammates and leading the store in the Manager's absence.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager and emphasizes showmanship, coaching, and delivering legendary service to guests. Retail leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service on-site with leadership, coaching Teammates.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing teammates.
• Perform store operations and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Lead in absence of Store Manager and uphold Buckle standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security, and loss prevention.
