Buckle in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandizing and store operations at Mall at Partridge Creek. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, develop sales and ensure a high level of guest engagement across service areas.

The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, execution of visual standards, and mentorship for teammates while delivering Buckle’s customer-first mission

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing that knowledge with Team
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, payment methods and security practices
