Circle K is seeking a proactive site leader to oversee store operations at the West Lafayette location. You will recruit, train and supervise staff to uphold Circle K standards, ensure clean and well-stocked premises, and maintain a positive public image.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training on safety procedures, financial oversight, and timely communication with the Market Manager. Equal opportunity employer; ADA accommodations available as needed.

Formación

• Must have a High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales preferred and ability to supervise staff.
• Proficient in computer use for reports, inventory, cash control and notices.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage site to be clean, stocked and well-presented per Company standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with staff and Market Manager.
