You will coach, motivate, and own both your own and your team’s sales results while managing daily operations and ensuring store readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or wireless environment preferred.
• 1–2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
