• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and foster a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
