Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our high-performing retail team. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $26.75–$29.43, plus a monthly bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits for associates and their families.

Responsibilities include leading and coaching others, modeling professional customer service, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, and ensuring accurate stocking and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned
