Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience in retail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage and train staff across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert and model Great Place To Work behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
