Goodwill Industries International, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to run the sales floor and support the production room for the Goodwill San Francisco Bay stores.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage store operations, and ensure exceptional donor and customer service while closely monitoring budgets and inventory. The role requires strong people leadership, financial awareness, and a commitment to the Goodwill mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and assist with the production room.
• Develop and execute retail operations plans to hit income and revenue goals.
• Monitor product levels and payroll/operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service for donors and customers.
• Manage training and development of store team members.
• Travel to other locations as needed and cover store responsibilities as key holder.
