Spectrum, a leading communications provider, is seeking a store leader to drive sales and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll work with the Market Manager to coach staff, drive sales performance and ensure store operations meet brand standards across our Mesa, AZ locations.

This role requires flexible hours including weekends, the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and a commitment to growth and leadership development within Spectrum.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3+ years of management in sales or customer service in retail.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate others in a sales-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a sales team to exceed goals and standards.
• Retain customers by building relationships, resolving escalations and addressing objections.
• Ensure the store aligns with Spectrum brand and delivers outstanding customer care.
• Assess sales behaviors and partner with management to drive improvement and change initiatives.
• Oversee store operations, including appearance, inventory and staffing.
