Spectrum is seeking a store leader in Las Vegas to drive sales and customer service excellence. You will coach and develop a dynamic team, ensure brand standards, and optimize store operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, inventory, pricing and promotions while maintaining exceptional customer care. This role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building and a data-driven approach to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3+ years of management in sales or customer service retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a sales team to exceed sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Retain customers by building relationships, resolving escalations and addressing objections with solutions.
• Ensure store aligns with Spectrum brand and delivers outstanding customer care.
• Assess sales behaviors and product knowledge; partner with management to drive improvements.
• Identify sales and system challenges; create actionable plans to increase opportunities.
• Provide expertise on pricing, promotions and service features across Spectrum offerings.
• Manage store appearance, inventory and staffing to minimize losses.
• Onboard, train and retain top talent; create schedules and coach performance.
• Enforce policies including inventory and cash management.
