• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results and business goals.
• Lead and mentor others to learn and grow through coaching.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.
