Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a store leader to coach a sales team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work with the Market Manager to create an inspiring workplace where coaching drives results and growth for the store.

Responsibilities include leading sales performance, maintaining brand standards, onboarding and developing talent, and managing schedules, inventory and operations to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3+ years of management in sales or customer service retail environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to build effective partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to exceed sales goals and standards.
• Retain customers by building relationships and resolving escalations.
• Ensure store aligns with Spectrum brand and delivers outstanding customer care.
