Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager in Thomasville, GA to lead store teams, guide daily operations, and drive sales while delivering a positive customer experience. You will train staff, safeguard assets, and implement company policies in partnership with corporate directives.

The role emphasizes community engagement, regulatory compliance, and maintaining merchandising direction as communicated from HQ. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader with strong interpersonal skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
